• Go to the Hoteling spreadsheet.
• Identify the place you would like to sit on the floor plan available as hoteling that is not already reserved on the spreadsheet.
• Add your name to the spreadsheet on the day you will be onsite.

To Lock:

1. Open a cabinet door and place your items inside and close the door.
2. Press “C” on the keypad.
3. Enter a 4 digit code of your choosing. Remember it. You will need it to unlock again.
4. Press the key button and the locker will lock.

To Unlock:

1. Press “C” on the keypad.
2. Enter the 4 digit code you chose.
3. Press the key button and the locker will unlock.

Required Information: Reason for the visit. Host’s name, Employee ID, email, phone number and country of Citizenship.  Guest’s email, name, country of Citizenship, name of company/institution/organization and the business/Institution/Org’s country of Citizenship.

Additional Documentation: Vendor/non-construction subcontractors or business guests performing hands-on work need to have an active Subcontractor Job Hazard Analysis (SJHA) in place prior to starting work. Construction subcontractors must have an approved Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) in place along with a Notice To Proceed (NTP) from Procurement prior to starting work. 

Training Requirements:

• Foreign National Site Access Request: Complete SEC0505 Training Course.
• Additional Site Access Information is available in course SES0200.
