General Accounting (GA) provides overall coordination for the accounting activities at the Laboratory. GA is responsible for the monthly financial reporting to DOE and annual reporting to UC. GA handles property accounting, banking relations, and coordinates monthly close activities with divisions and OCFO departments. GA also manages the signature authority process.
